Asia Team Series 2019

It’s time to gather your friends and get ready for the next big event! The Asia Team Series is here again!

The Asia Team Series is an initiative that brings your friends together into teams to participate in events together. Form a team of 3 members with your friends and take part in events to earn points for exclusive accessories!

Team Requirements

To register for the Asia Team Series, approach your local distributor for more details. Take note of the following requirements for every team.

  1. 3 members per team
  2. All members of the team must reside in the same region
  3. Each duelist can only join 1 team
  4. At least 1 member of the team must be aged 20 or younger (At time of registration)
  5. Changing of team members is not allowed

Rank-Up League

  • Points are awarded for each individual team member participation and points are awarded to the team as a whole.
  • If the entire team of 3 members participates in the Asia Championship Qualifiers or Yu-Gi-Oh! Open Tournament Main Event, the entire team will receive an additional 10 points.
  • Points are only awarded to participants taking part in events held in the same country as where their team is registered (Except from Yu-Gi-Oh! Open Tournament and Asia Championship Main Events)
In addition to the events listed above, there will also be other activities organized that teams can obtain points, ask for more details from your local tournament organizer!
* The Yu-Gi-Oh! Open Tournament – Taiwan 2018 which was held on October 27-28, 2018 will also be included in the Asia Team Series 2019.

Rewards

At the end of the year of tournaments, teams that reach a certain amount of points will receive exclusive rewards! The current tournament year will end on August 31, 2019.

Top team for each Asia region: 1 Duel Field for each team member.

Apart from prizes for the top team for each Asia region, other prizes can also be obtained. These will be announced at a later date.
